I am extremely pleased with the service I received. They were on time and took the time to explain everything before starting the carpet cleaning. My carpets look fantastic! I originally purchased a Groupon and later got a confirmation email detailing the service and the size of the areas. It mentioned that one room or area is defined as 10 by 15 feet or smaller; my living room is larger, but they completed the job without any extra charges.
