This service was great. ayden made the whole air duct cleaning process super easy for me for once. I had a critter guard installed to protect the vent, and they also blew out the dryer vent line and checked the airflow. i forgot the techs name at first, but miguel was great. Super professional, explained everything in simple terms, and made sure the vent and ductwork were clean and working better. I tried repeatedly to get documentation of services and a receipt, calling 5 days straight multiple times. Calls are routed to a call center that doesn’t seem to have any access to information and simply relays messages that are not followed up on. I would not recommend this service.
I'm really happy I called Finest San Francisco Air Duct Care for my air duct and dryer vent cleaning. Miguel came over and gave me a fair price, then finished the job fast and efficiently. I couldn't believe how much dust and lint had built up in my vents—it made a huge difference in the air quality at home. I didn’t realize how important regular vent cleaning was, especially with how hot it gets here. I’ll for sure use this service again in the future. Highly recommend!
