I'm really happy I called Finest San Francisco Air Duct Care for my air duct and dryer vent cleaning. Miguel came over and gave me a fair price, then finished the job fast and efficiently. I couldn't believe how much dust and lint had built up in my vents—it made a huge difference in the air quality at home. The team did an excellent job cleaning our air ducts and servicing the AC. Ayden was very friendly and understanding, especially with my dog and grandkids running around the house. He made sure the air ducts were spotless and the AC was running smoothly. It’s made a big difference in the air quality inside our home, especially during the hot California days. I’m really happy with the service and how well everything works now.
The technician was rude and dismissive. He acted like he was doing me a favor just by showing up. Didn’t answer any of my questions and left a mess behind. Totally unprofessional.
They promised to call me back with a part update and never did. I had to chase them for days, only to be told they ‘forgot.’ It’s been over two weeks and my A/C still doesn’t work
