SCAM ALERT! I booked this company for carpet cleaning with an 8–11 AM time slot. They never showed up, even by 11:30. I called them over 30 times and every time I was told they had no idea where the technicians were. No one ever followed up. When I asked if they even cared about their customers, one of the reps told me I could “leave a bad review on Google” because they don’t care.
