Eric did a fantastic job! From my first phone call to scheduling us in quickly, he even arrived a bit earlier than expected. He did an excellent job cleaning two large area rugs and two smaller ones. In the past, my main concern with carpet cleaning was how long it takes for the carpets to dry, but Eric explained that they should be dry in 4-8 hours.
