Needed a replacement chimney cap for an old wood burning metal fireplace. I left an email message and was answered by Stephen, who advised on the proper product. When ordered product arrived, it was discovered to be the wrong size, as a wrong component number was given. Fine's responded with a return label at their expense while I re-ordered the proper number item, which arrived in a few days. I ordered a fireplace though Fine's gas. It was delivered damaged. 1st mistake was I signed for it. I am nurse not a delivery expert, I didn't know I should have told them to take it back. I called Fine's Gas about the damage I was told to "hammer it out and it was safe to use." My gut said that doesn't sound right, but again he was very reassuring over the phone.
