I ordered a fireplace though Fine's gas. It was delivered damaged. 1st mistake was I signed for it. I am nurse not a delivery expert, I didn't know I should have told them to take it back. I called Fine's Gas about the damage I was told to "hammer it out and it was safe to use." My gut said that doesn't sound right, but again he was very reassuring over the phone.
