Millstone I Condo Association has contracted with FP for the past 4 years and we just signed on for another two years. They do an excellent comprehensive job of managing our community and working hand in hand with the Executive Board to keep the community a vibrant place to live. As proof, our communities property values have continued to rise and units that do go up for sale, sell very quickly!
Took over managing the community back in June. Took them till October to set up online payments. Had issues with online payments. The woman was very unhelpful and disrespectful. Got a letter stating I had received a fine. Called and was notified I was sent a warning letter back in September(never received it). I have never had any issues with previous companies managing the community I live in. Companies like these are the reason why people have a dissatisfaction with hoa companies
If I could leave six stars I would!, Finer Points Management is hands down the best management you will ever find,! As full time Realtors my wife and I deal with HOA management companies on a regular basis and never in our long career have we experienced such a professional service. We ran into some serious issues with documentation for a settlement, none of which was Finer Points fault or responsibility, the day before settlement and were certain we would be pushing back the deal till after the Christmas Holiday. Completely unprofessional. I would give 0 stars if I could. Didn't even make it a full year managing my association. No communication at all to residents even when payments were late or missing. Only way to pay them was through checks in the mail to po box. No receipts or balance statements. Completely fabricated fees on civil complaints without itemizing anything. Absolute trash of a company. It was 2023 how did u not have online account access.
Finer Points has been providing outstanding service to our townhouse community for the last 2 years. Frank is very attentive to individual homeowner needs and requests - he makes frequent site visits to address owner issues face to face. The entire Finer Points team is always available to answer questions and resolve issues. Additionally, and equally important, Finer Points works seamlessly with our Board in conducting the business of the HOA.
