Finer Homes is nothing short of FANTASTIC. Kathy, our primary contact, was beyond wonderful. She walked us through every phase of construction. The house I purchased is living up to the highest standards I could ever imagine. My wife and I truly enjoy our lifestyle relaxing in our Finer Home. Maintenance upkeep is almost non-existence. If you want a quality home, buy a Finer Home!
I assure you that this is not the case with this company. I have only found exquisite service by this company. I have spoke with quite a few customers and they only can sing their praises. I have seen the quality in the construction first hand and was welcome to view it any time. Their construction is most often well above code. I had a home built by Finer Homes. During the process be sure to ask many questions as they offer no information on changes or upgrades. During the build process I visited the site everyday, there were empty beer bottles, buried trash, no porta potty etc etc. I had issues with every single sub-contractor(ie dead outlets, bad carpeting, plumbing problems, dis-colored cabinets). In my opinion they build a cheap house with no quality. I cannot recommend this builder at all, stay away!
