The entry stair nose was installed too far out causing it to split and crack away from the landing. After the quote and installation of the flooring, Mike suddenly determined that they didn't have and couldn't make the trim for the stairs. Should have known that to begin with. They should have eaten the expense and have them made by a Carpenter, which we were told couldn't be done. Right! Save your money and find someone who will do the job right and will follow through on their deal.
