Good service and very good products. The staff has always been very professional, but they never seem as happy as you'd expect.
I had to pick 1 star cause the system left me no option, but if there was a "Dislike" button, that's what i would be hitting. After the manager agrees to handle several daily print jobs and deliver them to my attorney who is in the middle of a trial (instructions were fully explained prior to retaining them for the job), the owner calls me the following day after completing 1 job (of less than 200 pages) and tells me to stop calling his office and that he doesn't have the resources to assist, and that i am overwhelming his s... read more
I work in the legal industry and was in a crunch for trial preparation when I found this Fineline & Graphics near the courthouse. I recommended them to my team and at first we were so happy, but when we needed them most they bailed. Apparently they could not handled printing 200 pages for us. The owner tried to shove in my team's face that whoever handled this 200 page print job caused an employee to quit. Very disappointing and embarrassing that i referred them to my team who was let down when they needed it most.
