Disappointing experience with Kye. I’ve had a cut with him before and he’s a good barber, but this was a huge lack of professionalism. I arrived on time for my appointment, yet he was still finishing another cut 15 minutes into my scheduled time and then elected to go outside afterward. After waiting over 30 minutes past my appointment, I left. I understand delays happen, but communication and respect for a client’s time matter.
Great vibes and excellent customer service. Fresh cut looked awesome to top it all off! One of the best barber shop experiences we’ve ever had.
It’s very nice in there and the other barbers seem nice and experienced. I booked my haircut with Tony and he was very strange, left multiple times during my haircut, kept forgetting my instructions (they weren’t very detailed) and sent me off 10 minutes early. He was ready to send me off 15 minutes early, but I told him I wanted something else fixed which he proceeded to do only one side. My haircut is like the backrooms.
