The apartment is really nice: high ceilings, spacious pretty much, the oven, stove is almost new. The laundry room is not bad. A nice apartment in a not too bad Fineberg building. But I never see the same person in the building. The people there, I won't call them tenants, are always different people. There are some odd people except us. Both maintenance and management are odd too. But in the apartment it's pretty good.
Apartment in poor condition (e.g. elevator). Called to ask about lease, they are extremely rude and disrespectful.
biggest cockroach infestations happening across all of their buildings including mice infestations. the board of health is no help because even though the cockroach issue doesn’t get resolved with the monthly fumigations fineberg schedules after complaining multiple times, they are technically doing their part by “trying” to fix the problem so there is nothing the boh can do. Didn't respond to me ,no accountability of there staff ,the manager at Jamestown apts should be held accountable, very rude disrespectful and lies yes a liar
