My Wife's stylist was shown many photos of how blonde my Wife wanted her hair colored. The stylist did not cut part of Wife's hair in back, did not follow her lines, or layer even, and did thin blonde highlights rather than wide like shown to make blonde. Was a very bad experience. Would not reschedule because they claimed our payment did not go through even we showed proof of payment. They do not handle mistakes being made very well.
