Today I got a manicure and a pedicure done by Nicole. We arrived around 4:45pm and didn’t leave until 6:30pm, even though the place closed at 6:00pm. The workers didn’t rush and made sure that they provided the best customer service. Nicole did an excellent job and I absolutely love all of the steps and details that they put into providing an excellent customer experience.
