My 1st set of nails ever done was here in 2005 when I was 15 so this nail shop is near and dear to me. Yesterday, however was the final straw for me. The nail techs are inexperienced. I asked for a nail design they have featured but failed to mention they could not do. Instead of being honest saying we can't do the design they pull out nail stickers. John may come off playful and charming but his wife's attitude is horrendous. When I expressed concerns about the work that was done on my nails. She walked around the shop ranting in her language and no apology was offered. My nails were done by someone who is obviously still training and John's wife painted on white tips that were uneven and not connected. I didn't like them first they tell you a price and Lugo charges you too much to make your nails horrible and they don't make the design that one asks for
