We recently moved into our newly built home by Fine Line Homes. They were very prompt and extremely receptive with any changes or issues during the build. Erica was so amazing when assisting us on all of our choices for the interior and exterior of the house. She was very patient as we took time to make our selections. We can’t thank her enough. . We had an amazing experience with FineLine. Erica was great showing us all the options and helping us find the house that was right for us. Throughout the build process Cale and the construction team was responsive and provided us with any information we needed. Any minor issues that came up they were fixed immediately. Would highly recommend Fine Line
We had a great experience building with Fine Line Homes. We looked at many builders and had the best customer experience with Fine Line Homes which led to our decision to move forward. Erica at the Harrisburg office was great to work with as we selected our floor plan and interior/exterior selections. There was good communication throughout the build. Worst customer service for paying customers! I was pleased with the house construction. But they ruined our lot’s landscaping twice now. First time cut down live trees that they had no permission to cut. Now they showed up 3 years later came on my property and cut more live trees down without asking or permission. When called out on it they just say sorry not sure where the property line is. Their customer service is non existent, they just blame their sub contractors, and won’t call you back and won’t fix anything they ruin... read more
