Worst customer service for paying customers! I was pleased with the house construction. But they ruined our lot’s landscaping twice now. First time cut down live trees that they had no permission to cut. Now they showed up 3 years later came on my property and cut more live trees down without asking or permission. When called out on it they just say sorry not sure where the property line is. Their customer service is non existent, they just blame their sub contractors, and won’t call you back and won’t fix anything they ruin... read more

so not on time they tell you a date to start breaking the ground but they push the date further
