Incredible, kind and helpful. He has helped me change my life around a few times.
The owner and “Counsler “ Joe Fine - thinks he is better than the people he serves. He is very disrespectful and seems to hold hisself above others. He looks at hisself as an authority figure instead of what the reality is , which is a piss collector. A simple middle man for piss samples that he takes and runs to a mail box for someone else to test. It completely unnecessary to try and boss grown men around that have a criminal history in order to make hisself feel adequate.
