Mr Hermann is very thorough during an appraisal and will keep you informed of everything he is doing. Received my appraisal in a timely manner. Overall would highly recommend
David gave a very good explanation of the science of jewelry appraisal and kept me informed of what he was doing and why during the entire process! He was professional and immensely knowledgeable. I received my appraisal in a timely manner and because of his explanations understood why he concluded what he did. Thanks David!
David is knowledgeable and carries the top certifications. He also travels worldwide and goes to gem sources and meets with people who are in the trade. But, this is only one reason that sets him apart. The other reasons are that he is not there to buy your jewelry or gems unlike pawn shops and most jewelry stores. This makes him a safer and better appraisal for insurance and your peace of mind. He is friendly and cordial and will teach you as he does your appraisal with you present the whole time. Highly recommend!
David was very personable, professional and did a great job with the appraisal. Thank you!
