Wonderful store, wonderful selection - but truly more than anything, a wonderful owner. People are everything in business and the owner is a magnificent and lovely person, who takes care of you and makes you feel home.
The salesman is not only a manipulator and a dishonest man that will say anything to get you to purchase from him! Unfortunately I did too. Trusting it being placed within the Sheraton Hotel Complex also.. I gave one star, because there is no "zero" choice.
J'ai eu la mm mésaventure jai acheté un collier en perle avec fermoir en diamant 1500 euros je viens de voir chez un bijoutier pour le réenfiler car il s'était cassé au niveau du fil et mon bijoutier m'a appris que c'était que du faux bijoutier !!!! Ni les perles ni fermoir ni diamant ni or que du toc !!@ cest horrible car ils mettent tout en scène avec des faux bijoux à des prix très chers comment les autorités laissent faire cette arnaque....
Do not buy from Fine Jewelers. Shame on the Sheraton hotel group to allow its guests to be ripped off! I was sold CVD diamond earrings - white gold setting. They are identical to natural diamonds and are 100% authentic diamond. It was a great deal, they were having a sale or so I thought. Once I returned home I found out they were cubic zirconia/silver setting. Worth nothing. Please do not buy from this man. I’ve read other reviews and all the same. Oprah tells a story of not being shown merchandise at Hermes bc the sales person assumed she couldn’t afford. I had a similar experience here today and I can only assume it was racism. I was having a good day, saw the sales sign in the window and said let’s treat myself to some fine jewelry that I have been thinking about purchasing.
