David Perrotti of Fine Home Carpentry is kind, courteous, and punctual. He will make sure that everything is done to the highest standard. If you have any questions along the way he is easily available, honest and clear in his explanations. Dave is very respectful of your budget and anyone will feel comfortable speaking with him. Dave and his team did a 203k Bathroom and Kitchen renovation and I was extremely satisfied with everything that they did.

They treat your home like they would treat there own, and they won't try and sell you something you really don't need. They did a complete remodel of my kitchen and whole ground floor and I couldn't be happier.

Dave and his crew recently finished a 203k project on our first home we bought as a foreclosure. I just used Fine home Carpentry for 203k work and I am very glad I went with them. Dave and his crew of contractors bring to the table a combination of efficiency, professionalism, and skills that you will be hard pressed to find elsewhere . The whole experience went very smooth. What I liked the best was that Dave made himself easily available to answer any questions I had . Their services are well worth it especially for a first time home owner .
