Save your money and go elsewhere. The customer service here is terrible, and the quality isn’t any better. My husband’s bracelet broke after only a few months, and when I went in they wanted $200 just to replace the clasp. When I asked them to look up my receipt since it was recently purchased (which any decent jeweller should be able to do), they said they don’t keep it on file and didn’t bother to help. They don’t stand behind their products, and they don’t stand behind their customers. Definitely not worth it.
I bought a bracelet two ago and wear it everyday! I love it. I came back to have my engagement ring resized and they did a fabulous job on the repair. It looks like new Thank you.

My husband and I bought a white gold cross for my great niece The experience was great The gentleman who served us was polite He answered our questions with respect He wasn’t pushy but the store has beautiful jewellery My only question is I have some gold chains and my husbands necklace gold he can’t wear because he’s allergic to gold I wonder if there is a jewellery designer who can make earrings in opal my birth stone
