Quality Carpeting My house had red carpeting in it when I bought it and it was in horible shape. The first thing i decided to do is replace all the carpeting. I shopped around and believe you me good carpeting doesn't come cheap. I decided on buying from Stegman Discount Carpet because they had a very nice selection of carpeting at very competetive prices. Carpet at great prices with great service I bought carpet from Stegman Discount Carpet for both my house and my duplex. I was very happy with the quality of the carpet I chose for my house and I loved the selection of cheap alternatives for the duplex. The owner himself will come out to measure your house. They have a fancier showroom (also handicap accessible) located at 1604 and Bandera. If you are a member of SAREIA, be sure to ask about the discount! People be warned Fine Floors is a scam a very bad company. WHAT A MISTAKE!! Hired fine floors to do a job and found out…it is a rip-off. I hired them to do tile work and I was left with very visible marks on every place they pour chemicals on the grout and was told by their workers that I should have been informed by the office that after the work it was going to look like that…? People beware and stay away from fine floors loop 410 in San antonio Tx. That company did an awful job installing my carpet and then wanted to charge me extra on top of me paying 3000 to fix the mess they made. I had to hire another company to fix my carpet because it was loose.Fine floors also left glue on the lower part of the bedroom walls and paint and part of the baseboard frame came off as they were installing carpet. I hired Fine Floors in San Antonio TX 2503 NW Loop 410 TX 78230 and they were just horrible. They were hired to do tile work in my bathroom and laminate flooring in my living room; the people they sent to do the work admitted that they were new and needed help and could not properly finish the job. Every day I had to put-up with workers asking for money; we were guaranteed a one week job and it ended up lasting 21 days and it is still not completed.
