People be warned Fine Floors is a scam a very bad company. WHAT A MISTAKE!! Hired fine floors to do a job and found out…it is a rip-off. I hired them to do tile work and I was left with very visible marks on every place they pour chemicals on the grout and was told by their workers that I should have been informed by the office that after the work it was going to look like that…? I hired Fine Floors in San Antonio TX 2503 NW Loop 410 TX 78230 and they were just horrible. They were hired to do tile work in my bathroom and laminate flooring in my living room; the people they sent to do the work admitted that they were new and needed help and could not properly finish the job. Every day I had to put-up with workers asking for money; we were guaranteed a one week job and it ended up lasting 21 days and it is still not completed.
