You might get your car cleaned even if you book an appointment. I booked 8:45 am appointment. Arrived and rolled down my window to let the staff know I'm the 8:45 (and not a walk-in). The staff that it's just him today (short-staffed, single worker). I saw he just started washing a car in the stall so I knew I would have to wait longer today which I was fine.
