You might get your car cleaned even if you book an appointment. I booked 8:45 am appointment. Arrived and rolled down my window to let the staff know I'm the 8:45 (and not a walk-in). The staff that it's just him today (short-staffed, single worker). I saw he just started washing a car in the stall so I knew I would have to wait longer today which I was fine. Four years ago, they started detailing my car. Somewhere along the way, they became friends. My car shines. But that’s not the point. They care about the machine. They care about how it runs. They care about me knowing the difference. This isn’t just soap and water. It’s respect for the drive.
I've been a customer for several years and have been meaning to leave a review. I usually alternate between Package 2 and Package 3 depending on the state of my car and they have consistently done a great job. I got it serviced on March 28th - with Package 3 - shampoo & steam cleaning. My car was extremely dirty with random food spills and stains.
