They do a wonderful job. I was able to get my daughters and my own eyes all checked. The delivery on the contacts and new glasses beat what they had provided as expected delivery. Seamless and smooth the whole way through. The folks all working here are wonderful.
I have used them in the past. Not sure I will be using them again. Called to schedule an appointment on a Friday. Was told they don't do appointments on Friday and don't see patients on Saturday. Lady I talked to on the phone was kind of rude. If they don't do eye appointments at this site on Fridays the need to update their website with this information on the page they list their hours.
I love Dr. Minnick and her staff. I've been a patient for over 10 years. She's awesome and her line if eyewear is fantastic! I get compliments about my glasses all the time. So if you need a competent and caring doctor, you don't have to look far....Fine Eyewear(Cedar Park). Oh yeah, a second location opening in downtown Austin real soon!
Dr. Minnick is so good with my 93 year old mother. She takes the time to explain everything and is very thorough. The staff is wonderful, can't say enough good things about everyone.
Dr. Minnick is not my favorite eye doctor... She is my favorite doctor of any kind ever.
They have a wonderful and knowledgeable staff. If you have any questions they take time to answer them and treat you like you are their only customer.
