I just went here for the first time today. I need some work done bad. The Doctor was awesome for handling what needed to be done at such short notice. She really cares about her patients and Mrs. Faye reassured me not to be scared due to having childhood trauma from the dentist. The music was awesome. They played slow classical music which kept me calm. I have to return to them to get more work down but I will be okay
Worst dental experience ever. The dentist was rude, rough, and unprofessional. She initially refused basic teeth cleaning (usually covered by insurance) and did it painfully after I insisted. She also made insulting comments about “working late because of me” as if it was charity. Very money-minded and disrespectful. I do not recommend this place.
Extremely organized and professional staff. They go above and beyond to make you comfortable and informed throughout the process. Absolutely quality providers and look forward to my next appointment.
One of the worst place to get your dental checkup. First they will check all the benefits available with your insurance and get all the x-rays and whatever they can do to make money, and at end they will refuse to do normal cleanup and will ask for deep cleaning, as with deep cleaning they can make more money. The Dr. wasted my time and refused to perform normal cleanup and was forcing me to go for deep cleanup, which I refused and walked away. I’ve had very positive experiences at this dental office. My hygienist is always lovely, gentle, and informative. Dr. Kiana Behshid is also wonderful to work with and is thorough, informative, and honest. I appreciate the care I have received at this office and their approach to customer service. Thank you!
