Customer service sorely lacking I have never been treated so shabbily in my life. I went to this store to exchange a fairly pricey but very small ring that I received as a gift. By small I mean the size of the stone and the fit on my finger. So, you see, I wanted to upgrade, thus spend more money. Buy your gifts elsewhere! Take your hard earned money ANYWHERE besides this business. It is nothing but a buzzard, feeding off of cheaply acquired estate jewelry of questionable quality, and trying to pass them off as new, top quality pieces. There is a decent pawn shop right on Main St that will give you better service and quality for your money. THE place to find one of a kind jewelry I love this jeweler for many reasons. FOr one thing, they're not your typical jewelry store. They buy and sell antique jewelry, and have some of the most exquisite and one of a kind pieces I've ever seen. Best of all, they have a huge selection of those pieces.
