New review: I’m really disappointed with my recent visit. The nail artists here are always so kind and clearly talented, so I want to make it clear that this isn’t about their attitude or effort—it’s just about how the final result turned out. I asked for a purple-pink ombré design, but the nails ended up looking almost completely black in most lighting.
