Great group of guys working for Findorff. Especially Bob Pratt.
A fine company but worker concerns. I noticed Kaleb working in an unsafe manner that clearly violated OSHA guidelines. He was not wearing the required safety gear, including a hard hat and protective gloves. He was also observed taking multiple breaks and consistently going on his cell phone. His disregard for these safety protocols not only put himself at risk but also endangered his coworkers. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and needs immediate attention to prevent potential accidents.
Definitely want to work here
