Ordered a 6lb. smoked beef brisket for Thanksgivingfor a family of 5. Heated it as instructed and it looked and smelled great. It was 3/4's fat when sliced. Cut away all the fat and put on a digital scale and it weighed 3.8 lb. Worse piece of meat I've ever bought. Will never go to Finley's again and have spread the word among family and friends. Do not recommend, go elsewhere.
