Needed a battery replaced. I wish I knew that before I took it in, I would have replaced it myself. $475 total for a 2016 S60 battery replaced. I couldn't even find a battery that expensive when I googled it. If your car is not under warranty I would definitely check around before bringing it here, you will over pay way more than what it's worth.
I have never had a better experience buying a car than at Findlay Volvo. The first time I came to them was years ago after a poor experience nearby. They have never made me feel rushed or pressured or like I was wasting their time. My first buy from them I must have tested 10 cars until I had everything I wanted. I just came back to buy again and their new facility is wonderful and the people there are still patient and professional.
