Quick maintenance appointments, reasonable prices, my 2012 Volvo is in great shape.
Marcos is the best salesperson I’ve dealt with. No pressure; actually listens; delivers what he says he will. Didn’t end up buying bc we got another model closer to us, but would’ve made remote purchasing a breeze. Highly recommend
When i first walked in. I thought it was going to be a typical dealer visit. There was a few people at the service desk but no one really seemed to care that i was there until Ken showed up and after that everything was amazing. Words do not describe the service and how he treated me. I felt really comfortable with him. He explained every detail about the service and answered every question i had. He has to be your number #1 employee.
My experience at the dealership has been exceptional. More specific, my experience with Jarrett has been absolutely outstanding. If it wasn't for him and his positive, friendly, and professional customer service, i don't know if I would come back for a 2nd and 3rd vist. He was always honest, real, and down to earth to deal with. He always treated me like a real person and not as a customer who can be take advantage of for as a payday for the corporation. I sincerely appreciate him as a person and a professional.
