Very satisfied with the service and parts departments. The waiting room is friendly with free snacks. They don't mind if you bring your obedient dog inside with you. I really like the morning appointment, we were in aand out in about an hour. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable too.
Ben knows his way around the parts department. He was very resourceful and helped me with my request!
I was going to stop by for an oil change but found out the same rude woman is still there in the service reception. I will take my VW elsewhere.
They were very good in meeting our goals and treating us like a family that we have always been to Volkswagen Care of us well appreciate you...... Just work, huh?
