Awesome service, friendly staff, great attitude
After my yearly maintenance my car feels brand new! I love the video they take of the underbody of my car and explain what they did and what looks good and what doesn’t. 5-star service!
Pam got our ID.4 in for the first inspection that morning and I was on my way before noon, first rate service in my book, thank you all at Findlay
I feel Pam helped me and got my car in as soon as was possible. She is easy to work with and made me feel my concerns were of value. I was glad to know that all systems were checked and all was well. The problem I was experiencing was fixed and she also made sure my oil was changed in a timely manner and I did not hand to make a return visit.
I can’t say enough good things about Findlay Volkswagen. We were visiting Zion from Texas for the weekend when our rental car from Sixt started having issues. Despite how busy the service department was, the service manager kindly fit us in and even took care of the problem at no charge. His generosity and professionalism truly made our trip so much better. Thank you — we’re extremely grateful for your help and kindness!
