Received excellent service from Ervin and Rachel. Drove off in a Taos within a couple of hours of arrival. Happy with the purchase.
Donavan Chang was my service advisor. He provided quick, time saving service and even arranged round-trip Uber rides. He was friendly and I even received a free car wash coupon when I picked up my car. Highly recommend.
I had an air issue on my Subaru and it was deemed a lemon. That experience was very stressful. I’m so grateful for Karl. He made my new car buying experience less stressful! I highly recommend Karl and his team. Everyone was so helpful and kind. Thank you Findlay VW. I’m super happy with my new Atlas.
I walked into this establishment expecting your average high pressure car buying experience but instead I was met with Nick, who was warm, knowledgeable, and understanding. I would definitely I felt recommended this place if you’re looking for an honest Volkswagen deal- minus the anxiety.
Zack got me into exactly the previously-owned car I wanted with no hassle despite my special circumstances, wants, and needs - VW dealerships for me tend to be pleasant atypical car-buying journeys; a welcome relief from the strange pressures of many of the other brand places.
