Evelyn was great assisting me with an appointment expeditiously. My battery died and the cable for the hood had broken and all was taken care of the day after it all happened. Great customer service!
My service rep was VINNIE and he kept me informed about what was going on and took care of all of the issues and details with the extended warranty company. I am very satisfied with the service that I received during this process! I wish that they would have washed my car before returning it since it was quite dirty when I picked it up but Vinnie was off that day!
