We had a new pool liner fail and Radiant Pools and our local company abandoned us and gave us the run around. I called Findlay Vinyl directly and was instantly treated with kindness, understanding and the support I needed for our disaster. Brett from Findlay Vinyl resolved our needs quickly with the level of professionalism and kindness I would expect under the disaster this caused us. Purchased a liner that is a findlay product. Faded, made complaint and have made several attempts to contact via email, and phone for over a year. Terrible customer service, was told they'd get back to you, still waiting for answer. Ask who the owner is, they won't give any information. I see other reviews show complaints of fading and bad service. Very disappointed in product. Too much money spent for bad service.
I have a Findlay Vinyl in ground pool liner and cover and have not had any issues. This will be are 3rd summer and have no fading. I would recommend Findlay Vinyl
