Really appreciated the helpfulness of Grant in the Service/Express Lane department. He got me in to do a thorough examination of my vehicle to confirm what service I might really need. I had received an estimate from an auto repair facility that recommended I should replace some things that really didn't need replacing. The Findlay service techs identified the real issue and Grant went out of his way to try to find the part in the fastest way possible. Thanks again!
