Bad service!!!! Bought the RV back around April 2025 he put new cheap ties on valve stems weren’t in line so I couldn’t fill them up or check the air he refused to fix it!  Dash had separated lots of cold air coming in from outside!!! I told the owner on the test drive he actual said it was made that way!!! I call the manufacturer they said no it needed reattached. I made Findlay RV fix it!!! just bought our first camper trailer there......super experience! no pressure sales, everyone we had the pleasure to meet there were just as down to earth as you could get. we highly recommend them for your RV experience.... thanks to everyone there! Kevin and Kim :)

BUYER BEWARE !!!!! LIERS!!!! DISHONEST!!!!!! Put a down payment on Sept. 28, 2022 we were supposed to pick it up on Oct. 6,2022. But when did we get it? Oct. 11, 2022. With "Thomas May". They were to install a TV in front, repair awning, replace rotten wood underlayment in bedroom . Check to make sure the roof has no leaks, and caulk were needed. Service the unit. Make sure the leveling jacks work. Clean the unit. Rented a car to drive there .Called Thomas on Oct.12, in the AM. He told me it would not be ready on Thursd... read more

I give this place a 0. The owner, jim, does nothing to get to know the buyer, but chatters about himself the whole time. I asked him 5 times if the carpets had been cleaned and all 5 times he avoided answering me. DIRTY USED CAR SALESMAN. He's only interested in the $$, not honesty or integrity. Our RV was held together with duct tape in multiple areas. They hid the bad really well. Don't be fooled by a low price, it's not worth it in the end.

Purchased a class c rv with slide out they said it had been repaired. Air bag would not seal. Two days latter took it back to Findlay truck & rv. They told me it worked when it was here. No help; My mechanic found the electronic board they said had been replaced was net. Had to send to factory to be rebuilt, very expensive. PLEASE HIRE YOUR OWN INSPECTOR. YOU WILL SAVE MONEY.
