I put these guys through the wringer for our car—we had a nightmare trying to get rid of our car after finding out it needed more money in repairs than it was worth. Bought a truck. Love it. Sales were good. Scheduled routine service, took Friday off, arrived early, only to find out they're only capable of servicing tucks on Saturdays yet the online scheduling allowed the appointment to be made. In the comments I stated it as a truck. Extremely unhappy with this waste of my time! I would not recommend purchasing a truck from this company unless you like doing your own oil changes. Boo, hiss!

We had an experience that started out bad and ended up really good. My son saved for his first car purchase on his own. We found a used car from Findlay Subaru and went in to buy it (i went to supervise). He bought a used truck from them. The very next day the truck started showing engine codes. Two days later it barely ran. My son was devastated. We know the laws are as is and we weren’t sure how Findlay would deal with this. Slow service. I take my car here because I live in Mesquite it’s the closest Subaru to me but man do they take all day. Don’t expect to have your car anytime soon after dropping off. I only ever come for an oil change and this is probably the 3rd time I’ve made an appointment and sat 2 hours waiting for an oil change. At this rate I’d be better off doing it myself; not to mention the prices went up. $130 for an oil change? Holy. Cow. Disappointing.
