Nice place, nice techs, but I called to come back and I was hung up on, the man on the phone had a nasty attitude
Phenomenal groups, therapists and food. Case management was a bit hard to get in touch with but you could chop it up to busyness. Special thanks to Kellie and Gretchen the group facilitators, and Brittany the therapist for making FRC feel welcoming and safe to kickstart my recovery!
Most of the staff, the group facilitators, therapists, and case managers, were top notch and caring. But the campus is just the building and the parking lot. NO NATURE. After a week, it’s two 15 minute SUPERVISED calls a week. That’s insane. And I was labeled a troublemaker because I requested to NOT be roomed w a certain person, was told it was fine, and “they” were sent to my room anyway a week later.
