I am extremely dissatisfied with the current management and safety conditions of this apartment complex. There has been a constant issue with homeless individuals barging into the building, breaking into the garage, and stealing from residents’ cars. Additionally, locks in the laundry room have been repeatedly broken, and the area has been misused in unacceptable ways, including urinating and defecating inside the rooms. Building is ok it's a roof . if your loud well your nabour going to here everything the walls are thin and the floors are soft can feel your nabour walking ext . it's a Avenue living experience be prepared to be ignored .
Accommodations are adequate but even the homeless need a place to charge up and rest
My wife had already submitted a review but I would like to reiterate how helpful the Maintenance guy in our building Zack is. From the point we've moved in up until now he has been nothing but a huge help and support for us. We ran into multiple problems through out the time we have spent here but with each problem he has been there to help us through out and get past it with ease and urgency.
