Overall move in was good- I’m satisfied from Ash services. He Co operated very well.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the current management and safety conditions of this apartment complex. There has been a constant issue with homeless individuals barging into the building, breaking into the garage, and stealing from residents’ cars. Additionally, locks in the laundry room have been repeatedly broken, and the area has been misused in unacceptable ways, including urinating and defecating inside the rooms. These conditions are unhygienic, unsafe, and completely unacceptable for residents who pay to live here. ... read more
Building is ok it's a roof . if your loud well your nabour going to here everything the walls are thin and the floors are soft can feel your nabour walking ext . it's a Avenue living experience be prepared to be ignored .
