My wife had already submitted a review but I would like to reiterate how helpful the Maintenance guy in our building Zack is. From the point we've moved in up until now he has been nothing but a huge help and support for us. First moving in, my husband and I ran into a few problems including our AC unit, some pest problems, and our sink leaking. Through the stressful move in, the maintenance man (Zack!!) has been a great help in getting us settled in comfortably. My husband and I are very pleased with the few encounters we've had with him. 5 stars to Zack!! :)
Building is nice most people pleasant some not so walls are thin has an elevator it's not bad
Moved in April 1, 2025. Avenue living representative said my stove will get fixed. It is now June 20, 2025. Stove oven still has not been fixed. I have called about it 3 times. My oven does not work. Also, The stench of ammonia coming from apartment 109 is from not cleaning cat litter boxes. The level of toxic ammonia in the air is choking, unbreathable. Eye watering. Disgusting and sickening because it filters into everyone else’s apartment. The most disgusting place I have ever lived. No wonder you have bed bug invasions.
