Building is nice most people pleasant some not so walls are thin has an elevator it's not bad
Moved in April 1, 2025. Avenue living representative said my stove will get fixed. It is now June 20, 2025. Stove oven still has not been fixed. I have called about it 3 times. My oven does not work. Also, The stench of ammonia coming from apartment 109 is from not cleaning cat litter boxes. The level of toxic ammonia in the air is choking, unbreathable. Eye watering. Disgusting and sickening because it filters into everyone else’s apartment. The most disgusting place I have ever lived. No wonder you have bed bug invasions.
Incredibly embarrassing lack of management or care. I'm ashamed to tell people I've rented from Avenue. They are professional slum lords
