On October 15, 2025. I brought my. 2022 Lexus NX 350 in for service to Nalley Lexus Smyrna as is still under warranty. Service Advisor Mr. Wydell Whiting 124247, provided a great service which I’m very please . I have a great experience at the services provided by Nalley Lexus Smyrna . My service advisor keep me updated and aware of the condition and every steps going on at the shop. Horrible service. When my car was in the shop there, I got a notification that a tracking device I use for insurance purposes had been removed. I thought possibly it was a mistake. When they pushed me to come hurry and pick up my car, when I arrived and they brought my car around, we could hear the rim clanking on the pavement of the dealership as they drove it around. One of the servicemen came around to tell us the tire had become flat. I asked why they were driving it if it was flat. The tire had no air in it at all. The ... read more
Service on my Lexus is always a great experience. The inside climate-controlled service drive is wonderful, especially when it is raining or snowing. The service porters come out to greet you promptly and then politely direct you to your service advisor. The service advisors are friendly, knowledgeable, and offer scheduled recommendations, yet do not attempt to sell unnecessary services like I have experienced with some other brands. We would like to thank Woody for his help in finding a vehicle. This was our second vehicle that we have purchase through Woody and he will always be our first person we seek when buying a car. Although this second vehicle was not a Lexus, he listened to our needs and was able to find us a used truck that happened to be in the right place at the right time. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 1pm today. I waited in the Service lane, after being checked in, for over 25 minutes. The Service writer, Mike then strolls out and tells me sorry for the delay, he didn't know I was there. When I told him that's a long wait with no write-up, he just laughed it off. Then he proceeds to tell me, my wait time is 1-1/2 to 2 hours, because I don't have an appointment. Lexus is an excellent choice. We have always used Northlake and had excellent service until this past experience. We were interested in a RX and visited and spent much time with a sales rep and sales manager. After returning home we reached out by phone and email on different days. Our calls nor emails were answered. So disappointed in Northlake. We purchased elsewhere. We also own a BMW that we purchased at East Independence BMW and had an excellent service where they went above and beyond. Shame on you Northlake.
This is my third Lexus . Hennessy always has been accommodating and professional. Kudos to Kelly.
Raymond Rhett was amazing! He listened to what I wanted, found the perfect car, and made the whole process easy and stress free! He was friendly, honest and helpful from start to finish! Highly recommend!
