I ordered a Lexus NX350h AWD at Thanksgiving and just picked it up at Finlay Lexus of Spokane. Irvin Johnson was an AWESOME sales representative beginning with the test drive, finding a red exterior car to order, updates on delivery schedule, and tutorial on operational details! I had a very pleasant and helpful customer experience.

I’ve been dealing with Asa in the service department sine he began working there. He’s the best, totally on top of things and pays attention to details.

We do not have a dealership anywhere near where we live. We drove 150 miles to Spokane for service and were treated so well, it made the trip very worthwhile. Prompt, courteous, clean, and did the work on two cars in a very timely manner. Best service we have ever had!
