I bought a 2020 Palasade SEL in July 2020, The salesman Brad was easy to work with, and no pressure to purchase. Very knowledgeable. When we bought the vehicle it was in the showroom. Having said that it's 2026 and I just hit barely over 100,000 miles and the dealership and their staff and service techs have been amazing keeping my vehicle up to date with recalls getting fixed. It was alright for service, didn’t want help us out because we just wanted to test a car and not buy today. So I don’t know what the problem was or issue was sorry to burn some miles on your car because that’s what sale guy said we were doing and to waste your time.
