On two separate occasions I phoned the service department with concerns about my vehicle. Both times I was assured i would receive a call back with an answer. I still haven't heard from either a mechanic or service writer
Findlay Hyundai took care of my auto problems. Gave me a new loaner vehicle while the trouble was being researched and repaired. Excellent service from the Staff in all details.. Highly recommend this dealership for new vehicles and service.
On a bright morning in May 2025, my wife and I had a full day of errands to do, including 2 medical appointments. We got in our Hyundai Santa Fe and I turned the key. Dead battery. Ouch, there goes our full day. A call to AAA and 60 minutes later, we had a running engine. I drove straight to Findlay Hyundai Saint George UT and explained my problem.
