Absolutely insulting. Sales people literally fight over customers (one guy ran across the parking lot while visiting with another sales person yelling and crying "hey that's my customer!")and will then insult you by saying "you probably can't afford that car." We literally own vineyards and a winery, go get bent . You have no idea how deep our pockets are. The place is ran by a bunch of children. Fit every terrible stereotype of used car. salesman. Off to Phoenix we go

I purchased a 2027 Palisade Calligraphy on 08/25/26 in Prescott, AZ, and on 08/29, a "Check Your Power Supply" warning light illuminated. I took it to the dealership, and the service department said they ran diagnostics on 62 modules and it wouldn't happen again. So, it happened again on 08/31/26, and I called the service department again, and they said to bring it in. Best car buying experience we've ever had. Clear, straight-forward communication, honest help, stream-lined buying process. I was contacted by someone here about selling my truck after they saw it listed on Facebook. I explained upfront that I already had an offer for a specific amount from a dealer in Phoenix and wasn't willing to go any lower. He assured me that if I brought it in, they would match or beat that price — I sent him photos, the asking price, and every detail he asked for ahead of time.
