Excellent experience, first time using the service department and was impressed by the professionalism of the staff. The waiting area was clean and the shuttle service was top notch as well. In a time where customer service is declining, Findlay Hyundai knows how to treat their customers.
We have come to Findlay Hyundai for services for a while now. Guillermo and Grant are wonderful in the service department. Grant, the service advisor, was courteous, knowledgeable and kept me advised as to the progress on my vehicle and what additional information needed to be taken care of.
