The WORST dentist, they take forever at each appointment, they left my daughter sitting there for over an hour before they even started working on her cavities & then the doctor kept stopping to check on other patients making us keep sitting there & waiting while my daughter was in pain. There seems to be way too much confusion among the staff 👎👎👎
After 7 year the cement on the back of my top front tooth fell off from having braces. Now theirs a big sharp hole that no one will fix cause they don’t want to ruin my teeth some more…
They will charge the $35 fee for even calling to say you can’t make it! Life happens and sometimes you have to cancel.
I have really bad anxiety especially dental anxiety and. They know how to calm me down to get work done that’s needed and referred an oral surgeon that helps as well when needed they are really good at what they do and are very patient with me
Honestly I didn't expect them to be so arrogant after being a loyal customer for approximately 15 or so years. Somehow I owed them $73.00 and never received a letter or phone call stating this, then I get a letter in the mail claiming I owe the $73.00 and they are gonna report me to the credit bureau, needless to say I paid them the money and will definitely go elsewhere for my dentist needs.
