Honestly I didn't expect them to be so arrogant after being a loyal customer for approximately 15 or so years. Somehow I owed them $73.00 and never received a letter or phone call stating this, then I get a letter in the mail claiming I owe the $73.00 and they are gonna report me to the credit bureau, needless to say I paid them the money and will definitely go elsewhere for my dentist needs.

The website says they take blue shield insurance just got off phone and they don’t need to update the website
I had three cavities filled. I had to go back THREE times because I could not chew on the left side of my mouth. After the 3rd visit, I still cannot chew on the left side of my mouth where they filled cavities. I am not going back.
