My experience with Findlay Cadillac was extremely disappointing. After I completed the lease process and turned in my previous vehicle, I was contacted multiple times requesting additional income documentation. I provided everything they asked for, including my recent pay stubs. Later, instead of honoring the agreement, I was told I needed to sign new paperwork and then was informed that the deal could not proceed for different reasons. Adam R was very pleasant and professional. He went the extra step to see if replacing my cabin filter was covered in my maintenance package. The waiting area clean and comfortable with good coffee and water, all complementary. My car was washed after and was sparkling inside and out. Very pleased indeed.
