I hate buying a vehicle but this was probably the best experience I had working with Finley and my salesman michael. He made the whole process seamless, answered all my questions and followed up the next day just to make sure everything was good!
July 7th, update. Sean from Findlay GMC spoke to be and did everything to rectify the situation and lessen the blow. He went over and beyond to handle my situation with gap insurance cancelation/refund. He also reaffirmed to me that if I have any issues in the future. To call him directly, and he will take care of any situation that I need help with. Whether it's questions I have or if a problem arises. Terrible experience. In all my adult life dealing with sales agents I have never encountered a better and more attentive person as Mara. She made such a difference in the sales transition that it took away all my reservations about purchasing a vehicle from out of state.
