The service staff are friendly, but it's a shame the actual vehicle service isn't up to par... they don't even wash the vehicle when they return it. GMC, Cadillac, and Honda... they’ve all returned my SUV washed—except here in Prescott...

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Cody went above and beyond to help me through a situation I never could have managed on my own. He is consistently supportive, genuinely ready to help, and delivers top-tier service every single time. His professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. I will absolutely be back any time I need anything related to my car, and I can't recommend him highly enough, and not only Cody, but the entire team there is amazing.
