I scheduled a test drive online. Michael "Mr.T" called me to set up a time. When I arrived the vehicles we're on hold and ready to go. I was able to choose one I liked, and they lowered the price using an online incentive without my asking. I was so happy Findlay did not add any dealer items. The purchase was literally only tax, title, and a comparatively low document fee. Ask for Mr. T. He is very relaxed and easy going. He made the whole process easy and low stress for me. I highly recommend Findlay GMC and Mr. T.
Lowell was very knowledgeable in all my questions. He was always available when I called with questions, and very patient with me. I would recommend him to I my friends who are in the market for a new car.
Wednesday morning I went online to order 2 headlights for my 2015 GMC Denali 2500HD truck from Findlay GMC…I received an automatic email reply that they received it & will call me during business hours…that was Wednesday and today is Sunday without any word from the dealership since then… it was probably a $700 to $800 ticket for labor & lights but not a word from Findlay…I guess they have plenty of business and don’t need mine…but I don’t get it not even a reply or call back…also if I get a reply about the review don’t leav... read more
