My recent "under warranty" service ended up costing me over $500 in a car rental. My car was kept for over 2 weeks, just sitting in the maintenance lot, waiting on parts. It sat there for 3-4 days before anyone even looked at it to order parts. Very frustrating. I could have been driving it until the parts came in, and that would have saved me over $60 per day.
