I enjoyed my experience at Findlay GMC. My sales advisor Mara was great. No pressure. She really listened to me and helped me stay within my budget. I really appreciated her expertise and patience. Sales manager Alex and Business manager Cimeron were also very nice to work with. The whole process was very smooth. I'm glad that I chose to go to this dealership. Service person was very busy. The shuttle driver is amazing
Absolutely horrible service. Told me they found a leak in my car, then told me they found multiple leaks, then said there were actually no leaks, all over the course of a few hours. Tried to sell me on $1200 of repairs that wouldn't even possibly address the issue. While I was there, an employee at the service counter was joking around about making his mom park on the street when he took a customer's truck home "seven times."
