Hands down, the best yoga studio I’ve ever been to. It’s such a warm, welcoming space, and Emily, the owner, is one of the kindest and most knowledgeable instructors you could ask for. Every instructor I’ve taken a class with has been supportive, respectful, and compassionate. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you’ll feel comfortable, encouraged, and genuinely cared for here. I can’t recommend this studio enough.
Such an incredible place! The owner and instructors are just absolutely delightful. I haven’t found a yoga place in the northwest Ohio area yet where I felt comfortable but this is it! From the moment you first walk in you feel welcome! The environment is something so special that you can feel your body and mind in all its form. Every class offers something unique. A way for your body to flow but also for you to allow your mind to heal as well. All the teachers provide great guided classes. You become part of a community that is truly amazing!!
I love this studio so much. Great classes and great vibes. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming to everyone who enters. And also Emily is the best therapist ever.
