I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Anna and Sarah. Throughout the process, communication was extremely difficult. I often struggled to get responses, and when I did, I was left feeling dismissed rather than supported. The paperwork required for my employer was repeatedly delayed or completed incorrectly, creating unnecessary stress during an already overwhelming time.
