Julie and the team at Campus Side were phenomenal during my stay on East Campus. Julie is very responsive to texts and emails. Each time we made a maintenance request, it was addressed the following morning. Julie did not tack on random fees at the end of our lease like most landlords, and therefore I got virtually all of my security deposit back!
