Lauren L. was unprofessional, disrespectful, dismissive etc... She made the process of renting frustrating and super long for no reason. Her communication was poor and unprofessional. Lauren was slow to respond to calls, texts, and emails. I do understand being busy, but her response time was negligent. When she would respond she'd be dismissive or argumentive. Unprofessional at best, negligent at worst. Lauren was not an effective liaison between the landlord and my family. Often times exhibiting hostile behavior. She could not adhere to the timeline she would set responding weeks later than promised with “sorry for delay”. She was unnecessarily aggressive in conversations between the prospective landlord and myself shouting and interrupting people mid sentence, making it impossible to have concerns addressed.
