I've have been going here for years now, and I have to say the new computer system and processing center is a wonderful and welcome addition! I typically go to the stores off College Ave b/c of their convenience for me, and I love all the people that work there! I recently found out that some of the items I'd dropped off were being delivered to their third location off N Decatur Rd b/c the staff thought they would sell better there. Ms. Betsy made my first experience at Finders Keepers Furnishings a great one! Without her help my boyfriend and I would not have known about the pricing system, loyalty program, nor the three other stores that existed. We purchased an Egyptian hassock that looks lovely in our home and because of the wonderful customer service we received we will continue to shop here in the future.
Every room in my house boasts steals from this consignment gem - closets included. It's the first place I shop every time for home or fashion.
I shopped in this store for the first time earlier this week and I feel like my eyes were opened. The items are of high quality, the people are friendly, and, the location is convenient to my office. I will certainly be back from time to time and I've already recommended several colleagues to stop by.
Amber is great! Didn't particularly care fir other staff today but during the week with Amber and her team it's a good experience! Will continue to go there.
A lot of the merchandise is over priced for it to be a consignment shop. A lot of the prices are the same as buying it brand new from a furniture store or decor store.
