We started the sales process early March and Kym was quick to recommend what we needed to do to prepare the house for sale and recommend vendors who could help. We later changed the initial schedule to accommodate a scheduled surgery and from there, everything was like clockwork, including the open houses and review of 7 bids. No offense gentleman, but if you want something done well, hire these ladies to sell your home! The entire process of selling our home was highly professional, easy, and extremely effective.
